I have a maxisys and I've watched video on line that when you do a vin. Search there is a option to program' mine doent how that...does anyone know why.

Please start with providing more detailed info. Where do you want to program a vin in (module), for what reason and even more basic, what car are we talking about (we don't know what you are working on my friend).

I have a 1998 3500 gmc truck. It had two tanks. I did away with back tank so no my
fuel gauge doesn't wowork. I have to program the pcm so that it will only read one
tank. Thn my gauge will work. There's a leveling swith that stops it from working after
removing one tank. Gm told me I had to do this. Watch this video on this link. Mine
maxisym does not have this progrm option on the left. Mine shows a blnk space

Sorry not the left on the right. Mine just shows the left an center option. The program
on the right option isn't there...just wannna no why
